Did Stanley have a favorite phrase or common mannerism?

Don Thompson
I will always remember the angry face he would make when Pat would piss him off. You all know it. He would press his lips tightly, his cheeks would get puffy and red, and shake his head back and forth in disapproval. You could see steam coming from the top of his head, if you looked closely.

If you could send Stanley a message now, what would you say?

Heather Thompson
I got an update to my Ancestry DNA results not too long ago, and I never had the chance to tell him or show him. It updated to show that a huge portion of my ancestry comes from the Scottish Highlands, NOT England or Ireland like it originally said which didn't make sense, and the exact towns in the Highlands. I'd love to be able to show him and tell him that.

How would Stanley most want to be remembered?

As a man who loves his family above all else.

As a forgiving man who would help however he could.

As a man whose role was to protect those around him.

As a kind soul who always placed others before himself.....even to the very last day of his life, he made sure to compliment and acknowledge the care shown to him by the nurses and aides around him.
